Attracting Customers normally assumed to already have a product or service of excellent quality and all that remains is to find your ideal customer, know where they are, put together the right message and go get them. But today I want to talk just this part, service or product we offer.

Because no matter if we have a really good niche, if our message is perfect for that niche market and if we are to achieve and the channels we offer the best return on our investment, because it all goes to fret if the product or service is not attractive by itself.

So how must be a product or service so that it is attractive to customers? What features should it be?

Here are five characteristics that product or service must have to be attractive to customers:

    1. You must solve a problem. If not fix, repair, amend, improve or alleviate a problem, pain, condition or situation, why would people want it? Why would pay for it? There must be a hefty profit, recognizable, noticeable and measurable to buy and use your product or service.

    2. It should be appealing to many. You may have done the best invention of the world, but if only one in ten million people need or want, you will not have many sales. To be worthwhile, you’d have to sell at a high price and then would become even more difficult to sell. It offers a product or service that many want, and sell it will be easy.

    3. It must be unique. If your product or service is the first in the industry, that’s better. The truth is that there is very little new under the sun, so your product or service should be different and offer different benefits than it does the rest. If you sell a rose a different name, no longer a rose, but if you can sell a rose that never loses its petals.

    4. It must offer instant gratification. If your product or service will use it within a year, why buy now? People do not want to buy seeds, instead, prefer the tree planted grown and bearing fruit. Humans are generally very impatient, and the media have made us even more. As customers do not want the fishing rod, we want fresh fish, filleted, seasoned and served ready to eat.

    5. Must be demonstrable. You could say that is a law: seeing believes. For a product or service attractive, the customer should be able to see for yourself how easy it is to use or how fast you can get the benefits. The samples, complimentary sessions and testimonials help us to this.

Analyzing these five points, your service or product … is it attractive?

Before you go along with the crowd that believes all foreclosures create bargain sales – especially since the properties are often in areas of high crime – be aware that foreclosures come in all prices. Some are bargains and some are not.

The Real Deal About Foreclosure Prices

Finding foreclosed properties being sold for 30-40% less than their market value is not as common as locating those being sold for just 5% less. Prices mainly depend on the condition of the houses as appraised by the lender.

Even the environment of the home will affect how they price it. Therefore, although this does not typify foreclosures, you might find a cheap foreclosed home in a crime-ridden neighborhood. In fact, these types of neighborhoods most likely hold the cheapest foreclosed properties if you’re comparing homes of equal condition.

    What to Expect

What you should NOT expect is to find an inexpensive house in relatively good condition where you sell it for a huge profit. Most likely, that type of home would be more readily available in a less desirable part of town.

As a result, you might then have a problem either attracting somebody who will buy it at all, or coming across someone who wants to buy and has that kind of money available for a purchase.

In the situation where you’re actually in a well-kept neighborhood, you can pat yourself on the back; but that’s somewhat of out of the norm. Otherwise, you’ll probably either have to unearth a person who wants to buy the home and rent it out, or you’ll need to rent it out yourself.

It’s More Work Than You Think

No matter what you’re looking for and where you suspect you might find it, it’s going to take some time and effort (“sweat equity”) to locate the best deal. Remember that this is a business deal for the bank. They aren’t just trying to get homes off their hands – they’re selling.

If you do find something inexpensive, start off with some healthy skepticism. Between eviction issues and all the repairs a lot of them need, your work isn’t finished.

    A Final Note

Though it may not be quite what you thought, there still might be a foreclosed home that will work for you. In this ugly economy, there are many types of foreclosures for a wide range of prices and in various conditions.

Don’t expect to pinpoint the “perfect” home for a steal. If you do, great. But that just isn’t the norm. For example, you might identify nice, waterfront property that’s been foreclosed, and this is where you’ll usually see just a 5% reduction in price from the market value.

You go for inexpensive if you don’t mind repairs and/or a rougher neighborhood; you’ll pay more for a quality home. Though perhaps disappointing, you will likely not find both in one foreclosure deal.

Says an old adage is proving to be wise. “As in the issue of quality services does not escape the opportunity to talk about diversity in the service and how the difference leads us to connect with quality.

And when we talk about difference, we mean that within the services that we offer a wide range in the color palette as different as the expectations of our customers.

If we consider the business sectors we have in the Dominican Republic, for example, service institutions, telecommunications, tourism, health, food, among others, understand that in that sense, so different is the quality that we offer our customers and users.

Similarly, this leads us to understand that within each service center either health, education, food, tourism, etc, so it will be of varying quality.

To cite a practical example a patient who visits a clinic, hospital, laboratory or health insurance Company, has the same expectations and requirements that other customers who visit other institutions that provide the same kind of health service.

And if you feel the same way customers visiting banks, restaurants, supermarkets, we remain convinced that definitely diversity in the service is what connects and enriches the quality of competition, to achieve the ultimate goal ” exceed customer expectations. ”

What makes the main difference in this diversity, are nothing more than the attitudes of staff providing customer service, training, strategies, policies of the company for which they work, so as to resolve and respond in a quickly and efficiently to the needs of each client.

Supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and all general services institution offering similar products, however, only quality will connect to the extent that diversity in the service add alternatives as varied as the expectations of customers, from all social class, nationality, gender, age and personal preferences according to economic and political a country, in the case: Dominican Republic.

Definitely, common sense and professionalism ensure success in each service executive as a fundamental pillar in the diversity of businesses, organizations, associations, etc, for which it works, and so to pass the last major step of the ladder connecting service processes with quality or what is the same as saying “the total customer satisfaction.”
